• A student must have, at least, 80% attendance during the academic session to become eligible for promotion.
• Absence from a test involves loss of marks/grades in that subject and deprives the student from both position and prize.
• A student absent from an examination/test will not be re-examined.
• If a student fails in the same class for two successive years, he/she will not be allowed to continue in the school.
• Promotion will be granted on the entire year's performance, only.
• Student(s) suffering from an infectious disease will not be permitted to appear in the examination/tests.
• Children have to pass in English, Maths, Science and Hindi. If they fail, the marks will be zero, when added.
